We are a family-owned and operated company whose goals, ambitions, and inspirations are all centered around our client's and their dreams.

O'Neal Construction, LLC's president, Dan O'Neal, has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry, having paved his way through many areas in the field. He has worked for major corporations such as: US Realty Partners, Inc., Primus Contracting Group, Snyder Langston, Dolan Construction, just to name a few. In addition, he has worked successfully with Chevron Corporation, Irvine Company, Bixby Land Company, Orange County Airport, McDonald's Corporation, a 40 million dollar High Tech project in China, etc.  Over the span of his career, Dan has fulfilled the roles of Vice President, Sr. Project Manager, Lead Superintendent, Foreman, carpenter, all the way down to sweeping floors.

While the bulk of Dan's career has been based out of Southern California, with a primary focus on commercial construction, he has now expanded his reach to Boise, Idaho. Building restaurants, custom homes, retail centers, airports, and beyond, his versatility plays into his years of experience, and there is nothing he can't build.
